There she was responsible for the accounting operations of the holding company as well as the managing general agent, two premium finance companies and two property and casualty insurance companies.

Pam joined the Florida Windstorm Underwriting Association in 1999 as Special Claims Coordinator, and was selected Claims Manager in February of 2001. She successfully restructured the Claims Department and prepared the staff to handle large catastrophic events. Since the merger of FWUA and FRPCJUA that resulted in the formation of Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, Pam has been instrumental in the development and enhancement of the Claims Department’s operations.

As VP of operations at Lozano Insurance Adjusters, Inc. her responsibilities include the coordination and administration of LIA operations. She is charged with growing and managing targeted accounts including accountability for production and profit goals. Coordinating new customer implementation and developing and maintaining strategic business relations with key clients.
